For a reinforced-concrete pool, structure, plumbing and finishing typically take 6–10 weeks depending on ground conditions and size; prefabricated pools are installed within a few days.
Skimmer systems are economical and easy to maintain for residential pools. Overflow systems provide aesthetic water level and quiet circulation in hotels, spas and architectural pools. We decide together based on budget and intended use.
Weekly or monthly visits include pH/chlorine testing, chemical dosing, skimmer cleaning, filter checks and equipment inspection. Season opening/closing packages can be added to the contract.
Liner lifespan is 8–12 years depending on use and maintenance. Renovation is needed for tears, colour fading or leaks. Ecoteam handles liner replacement and mechanical system checks together.
